The day isn’t just about great golf—it’s about giving back. All funds raised will directly support the Maleny Soldiers Memorial Hospital , helping to fund essential equipment and ongoing improvements for both patients and staff. This year’s fundraising focus includes final works on the Palliative Care rooms and staff facilities, as well as upgrades to the peaceful Walk of Remembrance garden, now celebrating its 10th year. It is an institution and has been running for over 30 years, now providing a modern big-screen cinema experience with the latest in laser technology. Maleny Hotel is sponsoring the comedic smash hit 'Next Goal Wins' that will be showing on Sunday 24th March at 3pm . In this heart-warming story of infamously terrible American Samoa soccer team, a down-on-his-luck coach is recruited to help turn the team's fate around ahead of the 2014 World Cup trials.
