The Maleny Hotel is a proud sponsor of this year's Maleny Film Festival, which is run by the Maleny Film Society annually at the Maleny Community Centre in Maple Street. It is an institution and has been running for over 30 years, now providing a modern big-screen cinema experience with the latest in laser technology.
Maleny Hotel is sponsoring the comedic smash hit 'Next Goal Wins' that will be showing on Sunday 24th March at 3pm. In this heart-warming story of infamously terrible American Samoa soccer team, a down-on-his-luck coach is recruited to help turn the team's fate around ahead of the 2014 World Cup trials. This film is a sporty, feel-good comedy from Taika Waititi, the director of Jojo Rabbit, and is sure to leave you in stitches!
